Everyone has seen the thin little tag collars that I use on my dogs. They measure 3/8" are 17-20" long and are ment to lay at the base of the neck like a thin necklace.  They are sturdy enough that you can grab the pup when you need to and the collar will hold. It won't work on small dogs but it should be fine on any larger pup. No D ring on this collar and the color will be hot pink!
