Blue Host has me happy as a clam!

Bluehost ROCKS! I am slowly learning more about owning a domain and blogging. I just learned what RSS feeds were last week. Trying to figure out what has been going on with the blog issues and I thought maybe it was a hosting issue. So I get brave enough to call Blue Host and ask them if maybe it's their issue? They check things out and say it's not them. If it was their issue my whole site would be down and not workable. *But* the tech guy on the phone asked me what was the last day that everything worked perfectly. I told him Monday and he said that he could tell me how to do a backup of all my posts onto my computer, then he would wipe everything clean and restore everything to this past Sunday. He then told me how to restore the last 3 days manually myself. Since the restore is going to take about 30 minutes I will receive an email telling me when I can go back in and start manually restoring the recent stuff. 

This isn't Blue Host's issue. I am generally clueless about what's wrong and how to fix it. They were able to explain things in simple terms for me and are even trying to resolve my issues even though it's a WordPress issue. I'm a bit flabbergasted. Completely not used to that type of customer service!

Here's hoping this fixes everything!
