We have been using a tarp tossed over a curved pvc pipe to have some of the water drain off. We would take it down ans put it back up again each weekend.
The pvc pipe was tied to the chain link to create the bowing up top
BF decided that it wasn't good enough fot my abused puppies! So he made plans to build a real roof! This is a little too over the top even for me! But I wasn't going to stop him!
Looks pretty good!
Best part is that none of the water pools up in the tarp. It can stay up all year long in all weather. Bring on the rain storms!
Not only do my pups have the largest kennel at the campground, but they use it the least amount of time! Maybe this tarp will help keep it cooler in the summer? I should buy a fan to put out there also. If a fan is blowing on them it should be more bearable to be out there in the summer...
