MOLD!

No matter how much you try to whisper sweet nothings to it, mold will never be your friend! We had to gut the wall of the back bedroom and soak everything in bleach. Look at me saying "We" I was the peanut gallery!



Most of the mold is out by this point



Time to reassemble



2nd cheapest paneling Lowes had in stock. Doesn't look too bad. The best part about this, ok well second best, is that we were able to knock out a cabinet that was a foot deep. This gained us an extra 12" of depth in the bedroom! Doesn't sound like a lot but it makes a world of different





Some plywood, one X twos, insulation and everything was easy peasy!



We even ended up ripping out the carpet. It was the old bright orange shag stuff form before I was even born... $39 at cowtown bought us enough carpet to do the back of the trailer.



With everything put back inside. and the new carpet!



The paneling doesn't quite match but it doesn't look too off.



dog beds still mushed off into the corner. BF used to have  desk here, until I got rid of it. LOL The girls had to sleep somewhere!
