Susceptible to peer pressure
Sunshine here! Mommy keeps saying that peer pressure can get me to do anything. I think I'm just so beautious and that's why I do things!
Mommy decided to use the bacume on us! Usually it just eats up the stuffs on the floor that we don't want to eats. Mommy wanted it to eats up our furs! I was curious to see whot was goings on so she grabbed me first! Ek! Da bacume was bery bery loud! It scarded me and I was frozen in fear! Den I tried to swoowly inch away...... Mommy picked me up and put be back where I started! Dis is why I needs more foods! If I keep eatings she won't be able to do dis. So I gabs up and stoods dere as da bacume eated mah furs. Den it was all over and Mommy started telling me I was soooooo pretty! So I pranced around and ated a cookie! I lubs feelings so pretty!
Den Rainy walked up to get her fur ated cause she jealous of my prettiness! She stood there and I wosn't able to push her away. Mommy did me a second time though so I got even more pretty and another cookie! Yum!
Den it was Murdoc's turn and I fink he almost dieded! He was not a happy kitty. Doesn't like being pretty... Momma only did him once and for a tiny time.
Frizzle laid down for the bacumes! She loves being pretty.
Momma said der is a special bacume brush coming in the mails for us! I can't wait!

Hello Hobo! I found your blog! http://blackoakhobo.blogspot.com/ I sure hope you find a forever home soon. Mommy loves your curly tail and she wishes we could adopt you even though your the wrong color! We run a fawn house here.
Hobo, I used to be scared of eberything! I was scared of the leaves in the trees, and cars, and people, and other dogs, and the dishwasher, and the AC units, and birds that would swoop down, and the squirrels who would yell at me, and the snow, and the wind is super scary!
It just takes time! I was able to face down a loud scary rumbling monster a few weeks ago. Mom called it a train, but all I know it that it was loud and shook the ground! I was a big brave bear! I'm still scared of tiny dogs that yell and motorcycles, but all the other stuff doesn't worry me anymore. When you feel yourself getting scared just freeze and take a big deep breath. As soon as you can get unscared just start walking forward again.
Mom got some lady named Jackie who can talk to us and she helped me be a lot less scared of things. Hang in there Hobo! Life gets so much better from here! I see from your blog you already have tons of stuffies! A bad scary world wouldn't give you all of those stuffies.
I'm not dating anyone either and I love your cute tail...

Elk Antlers
So I finally sprung the money for some elk antlers. Everyone keeps saying they are such a great chew for the dogs and how they love them.
That's ALL the action they have gotten! Since then they just keep sitting in the toy box. Complete waste of money! We will stick to bully sticks, pressed rawhides, and other stuff.

Sunshine Says 6/20/2012
To pee or not to pee, that is the question. My people think it is crazy that I need to pee 40 times per walk. I think it is my duty to let every other houndie know I was there. Your thoughts Miss S?

Dear Zoey,
I think your crazy! I'm way to busy on walks looking for the scary strangers. I'm our early warning system! Mom can't possibly see all the scary strangers she's too busy with flashlights, leashes, and poop bags.
Rainy likes to pee and poop on everything! It takes so long to go on a walk. She will even squat and try to pee when she knows nothing is going to come out! Mom always say's I'm the perfect potty pup though since I will go on command most of the time. I make sure I pee everything out all at once! We get cookies when we get home for peeing! numnumnum I love cookies.
I bet if you pee it all out at once your Momma will give you more cookies and not even make you sit for them!

CA Work trip!
I just got back from CA on a work trip and have TONS of wonderful pictures from Yosemite Park. It was gorgeous down there.
